Returns & Exchanges

At TGM Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unassembled products in their original packaging. Please note that once a deck has been gripped or a complete has been skated, it is no longer eligible for return.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure your items are in brand-new, resellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact; hardware must not have been mounted.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return via a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
